250 g cottage cheese

4-5 slices Parma ham

500 ml buttermilk

200 g flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

Vanilla and Coffee Milk Shake

500 ml vanilla ice cream

2 shots of espresso or 1 teaspoon Nescafé

500 ml milk

Maple syrup or cane sugar (optional)

Preparation:

Preparation time: 45 min

Spinach and Cottage Cheese Quiche with Parma Ham

  1. Heat the oven to 175°C.
  2. Sauté the spinach in a saucepan. Fold in beaten eggs and cottage cheese.
  3. Season with a little sea salt and black pepper.
  4. Grease a pie dish. Roll out puff pastry. Line the base and sides of the pie dish.
  5. Add the spinach filling and bake in the oven for about 30 min.
  6. Remove immediately from the oven. Place 4-5 slices of Parma ham over the quiche.
    Serve hot or cold.

American Pancakes with DEN GAMLE FABRIK blueberry jam and crème fraîche

  1. Whisk eggs and sugar with the blueberry jam.
  2. Add buttermilk and beat well.
  3. Add flour and baking powder. Beat well. Heat a frying pan to a moderate temperature. Add a knob of butter and cook the pancakes.
  4. Serve warm with a spoonful of crème fraîche and maple syrup.

Pear with Danish blue cheese and DANISH SELECTION ginger marmalade

  1. Slice pear into quarters and remove the core.
  2. Scoop a little Danish blue cheese onto the pear and top with a little DANISH SELECTION ginger marmalade.

Vanilla and Coffee Milk Shake

  1. Slice vanilla ice cream into small squares and put them in a blender.
  2. Start the blender. Add espresso shots or Nescafé and milk.
  3. Sweeten with maple syrup or cane sugar (optional).
  4. Serve immediately - ice cold!
