250 ml almond milk (You can buy this or make your own. See below.)
100 ml porridge oats
3 dessert spoons (about 100 g) DANISH SELECTION blueberry jam
100 ml roughly chopped almonds
1 handful of fresh strawberries
100 g almonds
1 l water
Preparation time: 15 Minutes
How to make almond milk:
Soak 2 handfuls (about 100 g) of whole almonds in water overnight. Next morning pour off the water and blend the almonds with 1 litre of fresh water. Sieve the liquid to remove the blended almonds. You can use a coffee filter or muslin cloth. You have now made almond milk.
How to make porridge:
You can cook porridge in a saucepan or microwave oven.
If your porridge is too thick, add a little extra fluid.
How to make porridge in a saucepan:
Mix porridge oats, cloudberries and water or milk in a saucepan. Bring to the boil. Cook for 1-2 minutes stirring all the time. Season with a little salt to taste.
How to make porridge in a microwave oven:
Stir porridge oats with water or milk and cloudberries in a deep dish. Put the dish into the microwave oven and heat at full power for about 2 minutes. Remove the dish, stir the porridge with a spoon and add a little salt to taste.
When the porridge is cooked, add DANISH SELECTION blueberry jam, a handful of fresh chopped strawberries and roughly chopped almonds. Then add almond milk.
